Hi, I'm Allie.

I've spent a significant part of my career inside world-class agencies and studios, working directly with C-suites at YouTube, Google, Infiniti Motors, Timberland, The Whitney Museum, and LinkedIn. With more than 18 years of experience across Fortune 100 companies, startups, and my own ventures, I've built and positioned hundreds of brands, products, and services — generating over $8M in revenue along the way.

I started BET ON YRSLF to give this same level of rigor and strategic expertise to solo practitioners, inspiring them to believe in themselves, and helping them sustain the businesses and lifestyles they desire. I work as a strategic co-pilot to current and aspiring founders, supporting them as they clarify their positioning, sharpen their messaging, strengthen their marketing, and make smarter decisions about what to build, launch, and prioritize next.

The long story

I was always ambitious. I grew up in a relatively traditional household with a clear, career-oriented vision of a life trajectory: get good grades, get a good job, then a better job, and a better job, and a better job until you die. I started on that path with real success. I was the first employee of an innovation startup I helped grow to 70+ people. I ran global projects and worked directly with C-suites and executive teams at Fortune 100 companies. I worked in business development, brand strategy, product marketing, sales, and more. I hustled my butt off, and was given opportunity, exposure, and invaluable experience.

Then, in 2015, I decided to pursue my lifelong dream of quitting my job to travel until the money ran out. This was before the pandemic, before everyone was working remotely and taking sabbaticals. It was unheard of. People looked at me like I’d never get hired for anything ever again. But I wanted to fling myself into the universe and see what happened. I bought a one-way ticket to India and stayed for five months. That was my first real bet on myself. It wasn’t starting a business, it was just leaving and believing I would be okay on the other side.

I was more than okay. I came back and landed a salaried Head of Growth role and continued climbing the ladder for a few years. But that trip kept asking something more of me, because it taught me what self-trust actually feels like. After a while, I couldn’t ignore it. I returned to India, started a small DTC accessories business and started selling online and IRL. Alongside that, I built a freelance consulting practice, and completely reinvented my lifestyle.

My work has taken me across world-class agencies and studios — YouTube, Google, Infiniti Motors, Timberland, The Whitney Museum, LinkedIn. What’s lit me up most is working across the full spectrum: from helping a dating app startup secure almost $1M in investment and acquire 60k followers, to advising solo practitioners building businesses across art advisory, real estate, brand strategy, social impact, community building, Substacking, media and intellectual property, sound healing, VFX, consulting, and jewelry making. While there are nuances by industry, category and size, the core principles are the same whether you’re at a Fortune 100 or flying solo.

I’m also a RYT-200 certified yoga and pranayama instructor, studying ongoing at the Samyak Institute in Mysore. BET ON YRSLF is built with yogic principles at its core, because the way we build anything is inseparable from our relationship with ourselves.

Today, I feel more aligned than ever. I’ve designed the lifestyle I always wanted, working hard across my businesses while spending months in India each year, working remotely from anywhere, taking care of myself, and making good money.

I started BET ON YRSLF because I know exactly what it takes to start — and KEEP! — betting on yourself: a combination of unshakeable self-belief and bulletproof business strategy. I know exactly what you’re capable of when you believe in yourself. My job is to help you see it too, so you can participate fully in your life, while building something that’s yours and that lasts.
