LAUNCH, LAND & expand

LAUNCH, LAND & EXPAND is a sprint to help the right people know you exist — and say yes.

You know what you do. Now you need people to actually find you, trust you, hire you — and keep opening new doors from there.

Maybe you’ve built the offer but haven’t really put it out there. Or you’ve posted a few things but nothing has clicked. Maybe you know you should be reaching out, following up, and creating momentum, but you’re stuck in your head, inconsistent in your actions, or unsure what actually works.

This sprint helps you stop circling and start moving.

In a matter of days, you’ll walk away knowing: who to target, where to focus, what to say, how to say it, and how to create real traction without having to become the “salesperson” you’re not.

In a system you can actually use to land clients — and build beyond the first yes.

Together, we work through:

Your Targets: the right people, companies, or opportunities to go after first

Your Approach: a realistic, high-leverage strategy for getting in front of them

Your Outreach: what to say publicly and privately so people understand what you do and why they should care

Your Flow: how to move from intro to conversation to customer without being too sales-y or fumbling the process

Your Momentum System: simple tools, tracking, and structure so you can stay consistent and keep going

Your Expansion Plan: how to turn early traction into more opportunities — through follow-up, referrals, repeatable outreach, and adjacencies

How it works:

1 → We aim it.
A 75-minute Goals Session to clarify what you’re offering, who you want to land, and where the best opportunities are hiding.

2 → We build it.
Live working sessions and focused homework to shape your outreach, messaging, target list, sales process, and momentum plan.

3 → You run it.
You leave with the tools, templates, strategy, and structure to start landing opportunities immediately and keep building from there.

LAUNCH, LAND & EXPAND combines real-time 1:1 working sessions with independent homework. The sprint can be completed in 1–3 weeks, depending on mutual availability.

Whether you’re launching for the first time, re-introducing yourself, or trying to grow more intentionally, you’ll come away from this sprint with a smarter way to get visible, generate traction, land the right clients, and create more opportunities from the ones already in front of you.

You’ll have everything you need to start making things happen, so you can continue to BET ON YRSLF.

  • The LAUNCH, LAND & EXPAND sprint is for individuals that have defined their positioning and offering (read as: offer, product or service), and need help generating business opportunities. The program is designed for aspiring:

    • Small Business Owners

Individuals who don’t yet have a defined positioning and offering should start with the VISION LAUNCHPAD sprint.

    • You have a clear Positioning and Offer (read as: offer, product or service) and you’re ready to launch for the first time

    • You’re already in business, and your goal is generating more of the right opportunities

  • I care deeply about the success of every coaching client I take on, so it’s important we keep it real from the get-go.

    • This program requires patience and consistent effort; overnight success is rare. Most people who are launching for the first time land their first client or customer within 90 days — many even sooner. But if you’re specifically looking for instant results or passive cash from the jump, it’s not the right fit.

    • If you're not in a position to dedicate the mental space and focus needed to thoughtfully build and grow your business, this isn’t the right moment.

    • Building a sustainable business takes time, and your commitment to steady progress is essential. If urgency or immediate financial relief is your priority, consider addressing those needs first.
