Over three weeks and four working sessions, we close the open questions that are keeping you stuck and build the model from the ground up. You leave with something you can act on immediately — and hand to anyone who needs to understand what you’re building.

How it works
Session 1 — The download.
Everything that’s in your head comes out. Your history, your assets, your instincts, your ideas, the paths you’re considering, the things you’re half-committed to, the things you know you want to walk away from. I ask a lot of questions. You talk. By the end of this session, I know what you know — and we have a clear inventory of everything you’re bringing into this.
Session 2 — Define the business.
Not the platform. The business. Who’s the actual audience, what do they need from you specifically, and what are the real revenue streams? We map every viable way this makes money and start sorting: what’s wave one, what’s wave two, what’s a distraction.
Session 3 — Design wave one.
What can you sell tomorrow, to whom, for how much, without raising money or building anything that doesn’t exist yet? We identify the first ten people you’re going to sell it to and what the ask looks like. You leave with a 30-day action plan.
Session 4 — Pressure test.
We poke holes. Stress test the model, the pricing, the positioning, the sequencing. We refine the language until you can describe what you’re building in one sentence that someone else can repeat back at a party. You leave with a locked architecture and the business document.
