the vision launchpad

THE VISION LAUNCHPAD is a program designed to help you bring your new business to market by helping you create both the Vision and Launchpad from which you will operate. (For those of you with business backgrounds, think of this as your Positioning + Go To Market Strategy or your Zero-to-One plan).

Whether you have a business idea or you need help spotting your opportunity, you will come away from this program with profound clarity and confidence in the fundamental building blocks of your venture, and be well on the path to getting your first client.

The Vision Launchpad program involves four (4) 1:1 sessions, plus coaching hours after you launch:

Session 1: Vision Session, 60-90 minutes

Session 2: The Blueprint, 60 minutes

Session 3: The Materials, 60 minutes

Session 4: The Launch, 60 minutes

You will have 1-2 hours of independent work after each session.

Timing: Complete the program in as little as 3 weeks or a maximum of 8 weeks (dependent on mutual availability)

What we’ll do during our sessions:

  • Uncover business opportunities aligned with your passions, skills, and expertise

  • Clarify, focus and articulate your vision

  • Define your target audience, positioning, and value proposition

  • Productize your offering(s) — identify them, name them, scope them and price them

  • Develop a viable business model

  • Define your MVB (Minimum Viable Business) — the minimum viable version of your business that can start tomorrow, from which everything else will grow

  • Prioritize which marketing assets and touchpoints to focus on

  • Craft your go-to-market plan and messaging

  • Consolidate everything into your personalized Vision Launchpad: a clear blueprint for your business

  • Review essential business admin needs (legal, finance, etc.)

  • Create a step-by-step action plan to land your first client

  • Work together to land your first client

Land your first client: Following the four sessions, we’ll work together for up to eight (8) hours of 1:1 coaching to help you land your first client using your newly created Vision Launchpad as your blueprint.

You keep all materials, templates and checklists created during the program.

I coach and guide you every step of the way, hold you accountable, and serve as your expert partner. All the tools and strategies you need are here, so do it. Bet on Yourself.

  • The Vision Launchpad program is for individuals that are committed to bringing a Minimum Viable Business to market. The program is designed for current and aspiring:

    • Freelancers

    • Contractors

    • Solo Practitioners

    • Solopreneurs

    • Founders

    • Small Business Owners

    • You’re a freelancer, contractor, solo practitioner or solopreneur who is ready to think of yourself as a business so you can increase your market value and have better visibility into your revenue pipeline

    • You want to turn an idea, skill, passion, expertise or asset into an income stream

    • You want to start or expand a side hustle

    • You’ve already had a successful career (maybe you’re even retired!) and want to try something new

    • You want to start a business as a service provider

    • You want to bring that thing you’ve always dreamed of into the world

    • You have a Vision, and need ongoing motivation and support to start or continue to bet on yourself

  • I care deeply about the success of every coaching client I take on, so it’s important we keep it real from the get-go.

    • This program requires patience and consistent effort; overnight success is rare. Most people land their first client within 90 days — many even sooner. But if you’re specifically looking for instant results or passive cash from the jump, it’s not the right fit.

    • If you're not in a position to dedicate the mental space and focus needed to thoughtfully build and grow your business, this isn’t the right moment.

    • Building a sustainable business takes time, and your commitment to steady progress is essential. If urgency or immediate financial relief is your priority, consider addressing those needs first.
